How It Works

Annual billing
Platform and user-bundle fees are contracted over a 12-month term and invoiced annually upfront. Monthly figures are shown for budgeting — annual billing unlocks more favourable volume pricing and uninterrupted access.
Bundled practice calls
Each licensed user includes a practice call allocation tied to their package tier. Allocations are designed around standard usage patterns and do not roll over beyond the contract period unless agreed.
Data & confidentiality
Assessment outputs, practice call interactions, and performance analytics are never sold or shared with unauthorised parties. Access is restricted to authorised personnel within the scope of platform delivery.
